Not only is our customer entitled to higher priority and faster reaction time for our support engineers to be on site but also benefits from no delivery and no call-out fees. Apart from our normal SLA’s we also offer SLA’s with time availability. This is a necessity for customers with mission critical applications or customers having to meet deadlines on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. With a SLA – TA in place the customer never has to worry again about delays due to IT.

This service was added to our portfolio to meet the increasing demand of our customers to register their own Namibian or international domain. After registration of such a domain the customer may not only consult our web-design team in order to identify the most effective web design for his/her business but also choose one of our hosting packages.
We offer our customers two types of data backups namely on premises backups, offline backup services and/or a mix of both. Through careful planning and implementation, we protect your data against hardware or software failure, data corruption, or a human-caused event, such as a malicious attack (virus or malware), or accidental deletion of data. Backup copies can be restored at any given time if such an unforeseen event occurs.
